I called her from my open house and told her "this is the one," and put her on the phone with the listing agent. We talked after and decided what bid amount to put in. We had also learned a key piece of information from the listing agent. He told us he was going to show offers to the owners as they came in and not do multiples. Gina dropped everything, got someone to look after her open house and wrote the offer and submitted it to the agent within one hour before the open house ended. Now that is someone who is really working for you. And at no additional charge you get her no pressure, no drama, super welcoming personality. I feel real lucky that my friend had recommended Gina. And now I am happy to do the same for you.

Gina is the perfect agent. She crafted an excellent, unconventional strategy to get us the high asking price we wanted. She pre-marketed our home through her mailing list and had 2 offers competing within a week. We never even had to put out a "For Sale" sign, hold an open house, or market through the MLS! Talk about painless! She walked us through everything, enlisted a pro photographer to take magazine-ready photos of our home (which she ended up not using because she sold the home so fast), and made us feel like we had a friend, not just an agent.
